For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to quiet moments. In a world that moves too fast, I crave pockets of peace. Over time, I have come to understand that true wellbeing is not about doing more. It is about becoming more: more present, more in tune with ourselves, and more aligned with life’s natural rhythms.
I was first introduced to Pilates 23 years ago, when I sought relief from chronic back pain. What began as physical therapy soon became a life-changing exploration of how movement, breath, and self-care can restore balance - something I felt called to share with others.
As my practice deepened, I began weaving in breathwork, essential oils, and sound healing. These elements brought a more holistic, nurturing quality to my work. Today, I share the practices that have supported me through life’s transitions, helping others slow down, reconnect, and move in harmony with their bodies and the seasons.
