I offer a gentle, seasonal approach to wellbeing that helps women slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and move through life with more ease. My goal is not just to offer you a peaceful space; it is to help you find deeper alignment, so you can feel more connected to your body and empowered in the decisions you make each day. Rooted in the rhythms of the seasons, my work creates space for calm, clarity, and conscious care – one healing breath at a time.

MY STORY

For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to quiet moments. In a world that moves too fast, I crave pockets of peace. Over time, I have come to understand that true wellbeing is not about doing more. It is about becoming more: more present, more in tune with ourselves, and more aligned with life’s natural rhythms.

I was first introduced to Pilates 23 years ago, when I sought relief from chronic back pain. What began as physical therapy soon became a life-changing exploration of how movement, breath, and self-care can restore balance - something I felt called to share with others.

As my practice deepened, I began weaving in breathwork, essential oils, and sound healing. These elements brought a more holistic, nurturing quality to my work. Today, I share the practices that have supported me through life’s transitions, helping others slow down, reconnect, and move in harmony with their bodies and the seasons.

    For more than 2 years, Lucy’s Matwork Pilates classes have given me weekly joy. I really appreciate the variety Lucy introduces each week making sure that all areas of my body benefit from safe, carefully planned exercises.     Having been recommended by my physio to learn Pilates to help my back which was very painful and bent, I was very sceptical.  I have now been seeing Lucy for 3 years.  Initially I was seeing her on a one-to-one basis and then became strong enough to join a small class.  Lucy is very caring and lovely and tailors the class or some of the moves to your needs.  She gets to know you and how your body works.  Lucy has literally given me my life back and I cannot thank her enough.

    In the last two years, I have become a Pilates junkie - it is undoubtedly one of the highlights of my week. I feel something is missing if I have missed my session. This is down to Lucy's enthusiasm, positivity, and gentle encouragement.  She really knows her stuff, and her classes are carefully planned and structured around her clients' needs.  It never fails to impress me how she guides and supports her groups to get the most from her sessions, whether in a face to face or online setting.
